SCCI partners with media for "Kapihan Nan Surigao"

After a long year of hibernation, the “Kapihan Nan Surigao” has finally been revived last Saturday, August 2, 2008. Sponsored by the Surigao Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Growth with Equity in Mindanao (GEM) Foundation, the weekly discussion forum seeks to raise awareness and level of understanding among the Surigao community for Surigao’s most significant issues.
Held at Hotel Tavern Surigao, the forum kicked-off with a signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the SCCI led by its president Jake Miranda and partners in the local media led by Jun Clerigo of the Media Association of Surigao to make sure the sustainability of this initiative.
In the MOA, the SCCI will provide snacks and venue with appropriate sound and light system. Furthermore, SCCI will invite resource speakers for each event with the concurrence of the media partners.
On August 9, local issues on Traffic and Public Transportation will be tackled. (Fryan E. Abkilan, PIA-Surigao del Norte)

Philippine Misinformation Agency with its OIC Regional Director Abner Caga at its best lying session again with this junk news story that has ever told.
The truth is ordinary folk around the cooking session of pinalit pasayan only got an envy of their life as they were allowed to smell not even allowed to go near because Abner Caga and his hayok na hayok sa pagkain barkada and some close allies of the Governor and the former governor grabbed all pasayan at their midst.
The truth is it is not actually a festival of harvestful pasayan but inutang or festival of credit pasayan promised to be paid by the Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte.
Unlike other festivals where it is a celebration of success, this festival is like putting a cart ahead of the horse.
This is the problem of Philippine Governance it is full of half truths and we have been living that way for decades.
Que vadis Pasayan Festival its all yours to see….
Is their possible for reforms for all these ? I don’t see want comming as long as Abner Caga is at the helm of all his “lies” at PIA.
This Caga is playing fire with all politicians in Suriago del NOrte. He solicits at the Barbers then the next he will solicit at the Matugas and Romarate.
Double or triple blade ika nga. He even sold his former boss Linda Patanao to the devil how much the media and politicians of caraga.
Remember Linda Patanao that Caga helped booted out while his other hand was in the pocket of Patanao, his other hand was manipulating how to oust her through dessiminating intrigues left and right.
In short he is traitor to the max.
So you Surigaonon beware of this guy. Ikaw Governor Ace pagbantay ini na tawo TRAYDOR iton!
